Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

If you have some ripe bananas you NEED to make these! They are so delicious and all the ingredients (except for the optional chocolate chips 󾍕) are clean!

They're a great way to get something sweet without throwing you off track

 Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

½ cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup white whole wheat flour (or regular whole wheat)
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
2 very ripe bananas, mashed {about 1 1/4 cups}
1/2 cup real maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 lg egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, but DELICIOUS)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in mixer and then add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a greased mini muffin pan and cook for 10 minutes. Yield about 30 mini muffins.

    1. I would probably count 2 for 1 yellow container because they are pretty small :)
